| Micro Cut M3.02 is a latest-generation machine micropolishing agent for the permanent removal of polishing veils, holograms, fine scratches and sanding up to 3,000 grits on all (including scratch-resistant) paint systems. The use of highly specialized, extremely homogeneous abrasives creates a brilliant and durable high-gloss finish even on dark and similarly sensitive shades under extreme lighting conditions. Holograms and fine scratches are mechanically eliminated and not covered, as is often the case. Micro Cut M3.02 is extremely economical, easy to polish and remove without leaving any residue. For optimal results, we recommend processing with the Koch Chemie Micro Cut Pad and an eccentric polisher with forced rotation. Alternatively, processing with a rotary polishing machine in combination with the Koch Chemie Micro Cut Pad is possible. Wet dried or new sponges completely with polish before use. With the machine switched off, spread the polish evenly over the surface to be processed and then polish with moderate pressure in a cross path until a transparent film is formed, i.e. until the aluminium oxide contained has completely disintegrated. Do not use the sponges used for this product alternately for other products. For scratch- and groove-free removal of polish residues, we recommend an ultrasonically cut microfibre cloth. • Grinding degree: 3.2 • Gloss level: 9.0 |
